Call for Musicians
It’s Folk Fiesta! time... and that means we would like you to apply for our 9th annual fundraising event.
The Lunenburg Folk Harbour Society is looking for three traditional and contemporary roots.folk groups or individuals to compete for a spot on the 2012 Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival program.
It could be you!
Send your performance package including several of your songs, a bio and contact information to the Lunenburg Folk Harbour Society office by Thursday, February 16th, 2012. Three acts will be chosen to perform at Folk Fiesta! on Saturday, March 31st when the audience will decide which act will perform at the 2012 Festival.
Applicants must be available to play March 31st and, if selected as winner, at this summer’s Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival, August 9-12th, 2012.

The 25th Anniversary Double CD is Now available.
This special edition CD is only available at Lunenburg Folk Harbour Society events. The double CD contains 30 songs from artists that have appeared at the festival over the past 25 years. With a short history penned by Stephen Pedersen, the CD is a musical snapshot of some of the best music the festival has had to offer since 1986.
