Now Hiring For Two Summer Student Positions

The Lunenburg Folk Harbour Society is a non-profit organisation based in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia that promotes the preservation and continuation of folk traditions from a diverse range of cultures and regions through emphasis on acoustic instrumentation and acapella singing.

The single biggest event that Folk Harbour presents is the four-day Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival held every August.  These two student positions focus on preparing for the festival, now in its 32nd year.

These positions provide an opportunity to work behind the scenes in a highly regarded, mostly volunteer-run festival.  Develop work experience in teamwork, leadership, customer service, business communications, multi-tasking, initiative, and collaboration.

Applicants must be post-secondary students returning to full-time study in September.
